تخضع جميع أشكال الدفع عن طريق بطاقات الائتمان لعمليات تحقق من صحة البيانات وتفويض من قبل جهة إصدار البطاقة. وإذا رفضت جهة إصدار بطاقة الائتمان الإذن بالدفع، لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو عدم التسليم. وسوف يقوم النظام تلقائياً بإلغاء الطلب وقد نقوم بالاتصال بك لاختيار طريقة بديلة للدفع. يجب أن تطابق البيانات الواردة على بطاقة الائتمان المستخدمة في الدفع مع معلومات حامل بطاقة الائتمان بالضبط، كما نؤكد على أن بطاقة الائتمان المستخدمة هي بطاقتك أو على أنه قد تم الإذن لك تحديداً من قبل مالك بطاقة الائتمان باستخدامها.

العيوب المصنعية:

يضمن برينو عدم وجود أي عيوب مصنعية في جميع المنتجات المقدمة، وفي حال تم إيجاد أي عيب مصنعي بإمكان العميل إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج.

وصف المنتجات:

في حال كان المنتج المعروض على الموقع مخالفا ً للوصف على الموقع، يمكنك حصرا ارجاع المنتج حسب سياسة الارجاع.

• لقسائم التخفيض فترة محددة في حال انتهت فترة القسيمة لا يمكن استخدامها او تفعيلها مرة أخرى

• لكل قسيمة حد أدنى لكي يتم تفعيلها على الطلب

• لا يمكن تطبيق قسائم التخفيض على الحزم التسويقية

• لا يمكن تطبيق اكثر من قسيمة تخفيض على الطلب (الحد الأقصى قسيمة واحدة)
